I decided to do half of these cookies in a party animal neon sprinkle, and the other half in a super-refined monochrome palette. This is the cookie recipe, and this is the icing recipe, except I used a stick of butter instead of shortening.
Chewy Frosted Sugar Cookies: Pretty tasty, but it wasn’t the recipe I was looking for.
